Terms of use
The agreement between you and Keepsakey, written to be read.
The service
Keepsakey builds a tribute page with photos, a song and a message, published at its own address and paired with a QR code to print. The page stays online for 12 months from payment confirmation.
Price and renewal
You pay once: $9.90 (international) or R$ 29.90 (Brazil) for twelve months online. There is also the permanent plan: $26.90 or R$ 79.90, and the page never expires. We email you before the yearly one expires. Renewing costs $6.90 / R$ 19.90 and adds 12 more months. If you don't renew, anyone scanning the QR sees a notice and the option to bring the page back — the content stays stored for 90 days.
Your content
The photos and the words are yours. You declare you have the right to use them and you are responsible for them. Illegal, abusive content or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited. Songs are never uploaded: the player only embeds official Spotify and YouTube tracks.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for spam, phishing, hate speech or anything that isn't a genuine tribute. Pages along those lines may be suspended without refund.
Refunds
Because it is a digital product delivered instantly (the page and the QR are available right after payment), the purchase is not eligible for change of mind after delivery. If something doesn't work, talk to us: we fix it or refund it.
Liability
The service is provided as is, with professional hosting and regular backups. Keepsakey's total liability, in any event, is limited to the amount paid for the page.
