Privacy
Plain language, no fine print: what we store, why, and for how long.
What we collect
Only what the service needs to work: the email used at checkout (for the receipt, the QR and your access links), the content of the page you build (photos, message, names, music), and technical access logs (IP address, date and time) for security and fraud prevention.
Payments
Pix (Brazil) is processed by AbacatePay; card payments are processed by Stripe. Keepsakey never sees or stores full card details — we only receive the confirmation and the transaction identifier.
Cookies
We use a single technical cookie (ks_draft) that keeps you signed in to edit your page after purchase, plus magic links sent by email. No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.
Photos and the page
They are hosted on Supabase and served through a private link. The page itself never shows up in search engines: it is noindex by default and only opens for whoever has the address or scans the QR code. Unpaid drafts are deleted within 7 days.
How long we keep it
While the page is online (12 months, renewable) and for up to 90 days afterwards, in case it needs to be recovered. After that, photos and content are permanently removed.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the email below. We reply within 15 days.
